Aqua aerobics

Aqua aerobics offers dynamic, instructor-led water exercise designed to improve fitness, promote weight loss, and shape your body while being gentle on your joints and spine. Classes take place in a swimming pool that is reserved for participants only during the class.

- Date: Wednesday from 7:00 PM (public)
- Lesson length: 60 minutes
- Price: 160 CZK / lesson, season ticket 1,500 CZK / 10 lessons
- Lecturer: Eliška Dubnová, DiS.
- Lessons do not take place on public holidays, vacations, or during regular shutdowns.
